  1. Your talent at doing nails is unreal! I’ve never really liked nail art, but you totally change my mind on it haha. You need to start a nail salon or something!! I’ve always been confused by stamps and how they are used – paint the stamp with nail polish and literally stamp it on the nail? Also, I need that colour Velvetine in my life!

    1. Haha awwww thank you!! I knew that getting into stamping would really take my nail art to the next level, and I think that has been true so far.
The way you describe is the classic method but there are more ways to do it these days. Something that I love is reverse stamping, where you still paint the nail polish on the stamping plate, scrape it, then press the stamp to transfer the design, but then you leave it on the stamper. What you are left with is an outline of whatever design, and you can manually paint in sections with different colours. Then after that has dried, you can stamp it onto your nail. It allows you to really make detailed designs! I’ve basically watched a billion instagram nail art videos on it, I’m obsessed!
Velvetine is so gorgeous! I am totally obsessed with the Cirque Colours polishes that have that duochrome flip AND the scattered holo! I need more!!!
