Hello everyone!
Today I want to share with you a little set that I indulged in a few weeks ago. Just before the Benefit Blush Bar became available, this little Blush Bunch set popped up on Sephora. Since I new that I wouldn’t be getting the VERY expensive (but good value) blush palette, I decided to treat myself with this little Blush Bunch set, which also includes the newest Gold Rush blush. What is strange, is that I purchased this set through Sephora, but apparently it is only available at Ulta now! 🤷🏻♀️ I can’t explain it.

Hoola Matte Bronzer
“Dust this award-winning bronzing powder over your chin, cheeks and forehead for a healthy, natural-looking “tan” year-round. It’s pure matte colour…no sparkle or shine!
- Sun-kissed glow
- Great for contouring”
I have been wanting to try this bronzer for a long time, so this set was perfect for me! So far I have only used this once, and it does seem like a good, blendable bronzer. I wonder if this mini can replace my Too Faced Chocolate Soleil? I need to repurchase that soon, but I don’t want to, because of the recent upcharge. This bronzer is on the cooler side, which is good.
Regularly priced at $38 CAD for 0.28 oz. In this set you receive a 0.09 oz size, which is worth $12.21 CAD.
Hoola Lite
“Now the award-winning hoola matte bronzer is joined by a lighter shade…hoola lite! This finely milled bronzer blends on smoothly & seamlessly. Ideal for fair skin—beyond ideal for a TANtasticly believable bronze 365 days a year.
- Great for fair skin
- Natural, light bronzer
- Soft-matte powder”
I am glad that they came out with this lighter bronzer for lighter skin tones, but I don’t think it will ever work for me. I will probably give this one away!
Regularly priced at $38 CAD for 0.28 oz. In this set you receive a 0.09 oz size, which is worth $12.21 CAD.
GALifornia Blush
“Benefit’s NEW GALifornia golden pink blusher is part sun, pure fun! It blends bright pink with shimmering gold, capturing the warm glow of California sunshine in a box. The signature GALifornia Dreamin’ scent features notes of pink grapefruit & vanilla. Comes complete with a custom rounded blush brush for soft, diffused application.
- Golden pink powder blush
- Artwork inspired by vintage California surfer girls”
This is one of my favourite blushes! The shade is just so pretty on, and it goes with every look! This is absolutely my signature blush, and I already own the full size!
Regularly priced at $38 CAD for 0.17 oz. In this set you receive a 0.05 oz size, which is worth $11.18 CAD.
Gold Rush Blush
“This golden-nectar blush gives any look a natural-looking warm glow! Embossed with a stunning “golden nugget” overspray, the specialised formula gradually lifts away to reveal a rich, nectar shade infused with delicate, golden flecks throughout the powder. The soft, blendable formula also features a signature scent with notes of citrus, vanilla & sandalwood.
- Powder blush with a soft, subtle sheen
- Flatters all skintones”
This blush is a medium pink peach. This mini does not have the gold overspray, which I am not sad about. I don’t notice much of a golden sheen when applied, but it is certainly a nice shade.
Regularly priced at $38 CAD for 0.17 oz. In this set you receive a 0.05 oz size, which is worth $11.18 CAD.
Dandelion Brightening Finishing Powder
“This sheer, ballerina-pink face powder takes your complexion from dull to radiant. Sweep it on cheeks as a soft blush or dust it all over face as a brightening finishing powder.
- Hint of shimmer
- Buildable color”
I actually really quite like this blush! I have always seen people hate on it, but it is such a nice subtle blush for spring! I love how brightening and fresh it is on the cheeks.
Regularly priced at $38 CAD for 0.25 oz. In this set you receive a 0.08 oz size, which is worth $12.16 CAD.
Rockateur
“This rockin’ rose gold cheek powder gives a famously provocative flush that turns heads on-stage and off. The specialized formula combines the best features of baked, powder, cream and fluid textures for brighter results. The crowd will go wild for its sexy faceted design, accented in luxe gold.
- Show-stopping color
- Come-hither look”
This is one of the other Benefit face products that I had been wanting to try. This is a great everyday blush for me. The rose colour is really nice and has some depth to it. I’m not sure about the “come-hither look” claims though, haha.
Regularly priced at $38 CAD for 0.17 oz. In this set you receive a 0.05 oz size, which is worth $11.18 CAD.
Here are the swatches! In this picture Rockateur looks pretty similar to Gold Rush, but in person, Gold Rush is definitely more peachy.
Total value of the Blush Bunch: $70.12 CAD.
Their value estimate is pretty accurate, just off by a couple dollars, which could maybe be explained by the fluctuating USD to CAD exchange rate.
Final Thoughts
Overall, I think that this kit has pretty good value! I had been wanting to try a few of these products, and I got to try all of them for a price that is less than what is charged for one single item. So that is certainly a score. If I turn out to love one of these a lot, I can always purchase the full size.
I definitely recommend this set if you have been wanting to try out more Benefit cheek products. Their blushes and bronzers seem to be really nice, and this set is the perfect way for you to figure out what shades you really like, for less.
Have you tried any of these Benefit cheek products? Which are your faves?

What a cute set and a relatively inexpensive way to try out powder products from the brand!
In all my years of loving makeup, I have never tried the Benefit boxed blushes/bronzers! I really wanted Rockateur when it first came out, though. Galifornia is totally catching my eye right now, it’s the perfect shade for the increasingly warmer weather!

Exactly my thoughts! Me too, I have only used GALifornia, so I was pretty interested in this set. They have plenty of other sets available too if you aren’t interested in some of these products. Rockateur is very pretty, and GALifornia is sooo perfect for the spring and summer. Wearing it right now 🙌

I definitely have to make it a point to try some of their blushes! I feel like I forgot about Benefit when I discovered other brands, but some of these still look really good!

This is such a cute set! I love minis as I never get through full size products. I don’t think I’ve seen it for sale anywhere in the UK but I would be tempted to pick it up if I saw it.

That galifornia blush is my favourite out of the ones you swatched!
I laughed at the “come hither look” too, I don’t know how a blush can give something that specific 😂

Galifornia is probably the most unique, and although it sort of looks like a scary shade, I think it would work for most skin tones! I’m still waiting on the boys to come hither. LOL
