Hey everyone! Happy spring! I don’t know about you, but I am so ready for this season!
A little while ago I placed a Colourpop order, which I was very excited about since it had been a while since my last order. Often the customs charges on Colourpop are brutal, so that has prevented me from ordering as much as I would like. But when I saw that some people I knew weren’t getting charged customs lately, I jumped on it! Is Canada becoming more lenient with customs? I hope so!
Something that I just found out this morning is that Colourpop is having a 20% off sitewide sale for the next two days! So maybe my haul can give you some ideas of what to get 😉
Anyways without further ado, let’s get into this haul!
Aren’t even the unit cartons pretty?
Colourpop X Kathleen Lights Dream St. Pressed Powder Shadow Palette
$16 USD for 0.36 oz
When this palette first came out, I was definitely intrigued. Kathleen Lights is one of my favourite Youtuber’s, and this palette was clearly the perfect mix of neutrals and colours. Well, damn was I right. I absolutely love this palette, and you can check out my review here. If you need anything from Colourpop, it is this palette.
Super Shock Highlighter “Flexitarian”
$8 USD for 0.15 oz
This intense white champagne highlighter is a cult favourite, and I finally bit the bullet and got it after hearing so many people talk about it. These super shock highlighters are about as wet and metallic as it gets! They are a creamy, cushion-y formula that dries down completely. If you like a blinding highlight, this is it!
Passing Notes Super Shock Shadow Set
$15 USD for 3 Super Shock Shadows, 0.074 oz each
The whole reason I placed this order was actually for one super shock shadow: Wattles. Wattles is a beautiful pinky brown that looks amazing all over the lid and I love to use it in my every day looks. I’ve actually gone through a whole one of these, which is why I purchased this set, and an extra one, which you can see in the highlighter photo above.
This set comes with three shadows: Drift, a cranberry satin, Wattles, a dusty beige pink satin, and Haze, a pastel pink with a pink glitter finish. Haze makes such a pretty sparkly pink topper!
Lippie Stix “Lumiere”
$5.50 USD for 0.035 oz
I definitely purchased this Lippie Stix because of Kathleen Lights. Actually, I purchased a lot of these items because of KL because she recently did a best of Coloupop video. Anyways, this is one of the famous shades that she created, and it is such a pretty medium mauve. It’s described as a matte, but this lipstick still has a good amount of moisture to it, which makes it so comfortable to wear.
Ultra Satin Lip “Strip”, “The Rabbit”, and “London Fog”
$6.50 USD for 0.11 oz
I mostly got these liquid lipsticks because I wanted another nude, and a deep red that can be my go-to for special events. I think that there was a buy 2 get 1 free when I was placing this order, which is why I got three. The Ultra Satin Lip is by far Colourpop’s best liquid lipstick formula. It has amazing lasting power but isn’t at all uncomfortable. It definitely transfers and stays tacky, but it’s comfortable which is what matters to me.
Strip is a warm beige nude. The Rabbit is a blue-toned bright fuchsia that will be so awesome in the summer! London Fog is a deep red. If you are ever thinking about ordering any of these, know that they dry down a lot darker than how they look in the tube!
Well, those are the items that I purchased in this Colourpop haul! I can’t even tell you how tempted I am to get more! I love Colourpop single shadows and I really want to get some more lippie stix!
