Hey everyone! As always, I want to give you a quick look at the manicure I did with the October @NinaNailedIt Monthly Mani Kit by Scratch. A couple of months ago I did a review of their Monthly Mani Kits, which you can check out here for more information, including the manicures I did with the June and July Monthly Mani Kits. Please also check out my posts for the August and September @NinaNailedIt MMK‘s.
If you don’t already know, the @NinaNailedIt Monthly Mani Kit is a monthly subscription kit that is offered through the company Scratch. Each month this kit includes an exclusive and limited edition set of nail wraps designed by @NinaNailedIt, plus other handpicked nail art extras to accent your manicure! The price of this subscription service is $10 USD per month, plus shipping and handling ($4.99 USD for me in Canada; they ship internationally).
In October’s MMK we received:
- Wallflowers nail wraps: Opaque dusty blue nail wraps with a multicoloured floral pattern
- Gold geometric nail art stickers
I’ve gotta say, I’m actually kind of disappointed with the MMK that we received for October. For the last 4 months that I have been a member of this subscription service, we have always received 2 products in addition to the nail wraps, whereas this month we only received one. However, I definitely do love the design of the October nail wraps. I like the idea of florals in the fall, it is a bit unique in my opinion.
And here is the first mani that I created:
Products Used:
- UNT Ready for Take Off Peel Off Base Coat
- KL Polish “Wishbone”
- China Glaze “Dorothy Who?”
- Born Pretty Store Gold Striping Tape
- Nail wraps from Octobers’s @NinaNailedIt MMK
- Nail Charms from September’s @NinaNailedIt MMK
- Onedor No Wipe Top Coat
I decided to not use the geometric stickers in this mani, but I certainly will in the future!
These are so cute!! Love how you’ve done them 🙂

Wow, you’re so good at this! I legit cannot even apply nail wraps, let alone do nail art with it. Looks great!

Thank you so much! These ones are actually super easy to apply, unlike some other brands that I have tried (Jamberry-no shade)! I love nail wraps since it means you don’t have to do nail art to achieve nice nails lol

Okay, Jamberry is the one I’ve had the most issues with – glad it wasn’t just me! 😛

Haha yeah… it really depends on how curved your nails are with those ones. I can’t get them to lay smooth on my nails because I do have such curved nails.
